Videos generally made around midnight, from 1 to 6 in the morning.

I rented floor 20 at View Talay 8. The first three months everything was perfect. Two months ago new neighbors arrived: they don't live upstairs, they don't live next door, they live right across. Since then I haven't had a single night of consecutive sleep. I use earplugs daily, but they don't isolate the dry thuds; they feel as if they were hitting my own wall.

I have already reported this to:

The owner of the dwelling
The real estate agency (the same one that rented to me)
Condominium security

Result: zero changes. The noises continue 24 hours a day, and worsen at night.

This is not a minor complaint

It is a continued affectation to my health —sleep, stress and daily performance— and a clear breach of the condominium's coexistence rules.

I request from the condominium office:

Identify the owner of the apartment across and formally notify them.
Formally mediate with them to stop the nighttime noises.
The excuse of their child is not valid. At 3am neither the shouting nor the banging is justifiable. What is a baby doing awake all night? I pay the condominium fee to be able to live and sleep in it silently; there is no justification for making noise every night.
Inform me of the actions taken.
